Sliding Fee Program

The sliding fee discount program (SFDP) at Wellspot Community Health is based on a sliding fee scale determined by income and family size. This sliding fee scale is specifically designed for patients who are uninsured or underinsured. For those who are insured, they are required to pay their insurance co-pay, and their insurance will be billed for services. Insured patients are also asked to provide income information to assess their eligibility for the sliding fee scale. If there are any charges not covered by insurance, the applicable sliding fee discount will be applied to their balance. Wuxia Integrative Medicine accepts most insurances, including Medi-Cal and Medicare supplement advantage plans, ensuring access to financial aid resources for all patients. We provide all services regardless of a patient’s ability to pay. If a patient is unable to pay the nominal fee or down payment at the time of their visit, they will be encouraged to pay any amount they can. All patients will receive care, regardless of their ability to pay the nominal fee.
